My life with you has been wonderful for me,
God gave me you as a blessing, you see.
We fell in love and right away we knew,
That God had a plan for me and for you.
A partner through life as we walk as one,
With God on our side, we will make the long run.
A family would come and our love would grow,
Forever together, look what we have to show.
His guidance and strength through trials we face,
Rejoicing in our triumphs due to His love and grace.
Our hard times and good, we stand side by side,
Devoted and committed, we handle the bumpy ride.
When illnesses came, we tried to make it well,
And the darkness was temporary, only for a spell.
Light would shine down from heaven above,
God had said I have blessed you with My great love!
Between a man and a woman, God created this great thing,
A covenant under Him, symbolized by a ring.
The two of us are joined and never will part,
Even when death comes, we still share one heart.
And in eternity, we will continue to be,
Part of one body, in Christ, a family.
