As we grew closer to You and followed Your rules,
We prayed that our family would blossom and bloom.
Trusting our God and His will we surrendered to,
Our faith never shaken because we believe in You.
Now there is a young being growing in her womb,
Your trusting us to watch over it, and we're over the moon!
Our love and Yours will give this baby a great start,
Forever we are thankful from the bottom of our hearts!
We're bursting with excitement and we can't wait to see,
All the great things this little baby will be.
It's beautiful face, and its bright glowing soul,
Our patients and time were such a small toll.
We will raise our precious gift to love and obey You,
Consult and submit in everything we do.
For You were the one who blessed her lonely womb,
We know that this little being really belongs to You.
We will teach it Your laws and about Your Son,
A great start for our child as its life has begun.
The sacrifice Jesus made for all mankind,
Our baby will grow-up to be compassionate, loving, and kind.
Thank you, Lord Jesus, for blessing us so,
We are so happy, as You already know.
Our family is growing and we can't wait to see,
All the wonderful more blessings in the future for we.
